Paul Brenner squeaked out of Seattle Superspeedway with a narrow win. The third race of the season went to another fast track and pitted eleven cars to finish within two seconds of each other. NascarFan1418 and Colin Lindsay were a dead heat for second with #7 taking the spot. William Brock and Andrew Rich rounded out the top five.
Three Takeaways: Winners Leading: All three of the winners so far this season hold the top three overall spots in the standings. Brenner is highest up with 12 points over Stephen Willey and 14 over Barry Golberg. Wrecking the Leaders: A lapped car caused controversy towards the middle of the race. Reece Butcher was damaged from an earlier wreck when the leaders of Jonny Gardner, Nick Smith and Carson Scott came in hot into turn one. Smith ran into Scott and spun into Gardner. Conrad Cooper and Noah Kars were also involved in the crash. The Wall: The high-speed track gave drivers trouble as the turns were much more narrow than the previous two races. Many cars were scraping the walls in the turns as they topped 200 miles per hour. Comments are closed.
